If coming from Edinburgh, drive into Penicuik, pass tesco on the left, continue along the main street, you’ll pass a clock tower with some shops on the left, please take the next road on the right(before the garage), follow the road up, pass the high school on your right hand side and take next on left which is bog road the hotel is approx 0.3miles along on the right.

If driving from Peebles, drive down the high street, pass Somerfield on the left drive aprox. 0.5miles and when you reach the garage take the first left and again follow the road up and take next left.
